What happens when my free 30-day trial ends?

Your account drops back to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted — your links, QR codes, and bio pages keep working exactly as before. Features that need Premium simply lock again until you upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Open the billing portal from this page and cancel in a couple of clicks — no emails, no hoops. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do free links and QR codes ever expire?

Never. Scans and redirects are unlimited on every plan, including Free, and your short codes don't expire.

How do payments work?

Checkout and subscription management are handled by Stripe on their secure hosted pages. Card details never touch lnQR servers. Subscription prices are in USD; Thai customers can also pay once by PromptPay (THB) for a full year.
